AutoRABIT is the DevSecOps and security platform for enterprises building on Salesforce and MuleSoft at scale. We bring application delivery, code and API quality, data protection, security posture, compliance, and integration governance together so teams can move faster without increasing risk.
Many of our customers operate in highly regulated environments, where trustworthy delivery, clear governance, and defensible evidence matter as much as speed. The opportunity
Solutions Engineers are trusted technical advisors throughout the customer buying journey. In close partnership with Account Executives, you will contribute to new and expansion revenue by uncovering customer priorities, shaping the solution strategy, and leading the technical work that earns confidence in AutoRABIT. That work includes discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, technical evaluations, and a disciplined transition to the teams responsible for implementation and adoption.
The best Solutions Engineers combine technical fluency with business judgment. They understand how customers build, release, integrate, secure, and protect business-critical platforms, connect those realities to measurable outcomes, and communicate with equal credibility across administrators, developers, architects, security and compliance leaders, and executives. What you’ll do
-
Shape the technical strategy. Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, develop account and opportunity plans, identify technical risks, and define the path to a technical decision.
-
Lead purposeful discovery. Facilitate conversations and workshops that uncover the current state, desired outcomes, stakeholders, constraints, risks, decision criteria, and adoption dependencies.
-
Tell the customer’s story. Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations that connect AutoRABIT capabilities to the customer’s priorities, operating model, and business value.
-
Own technical validation. Plan and lead proofs of concept, proofs of value, and other evaluations with agreed use cases, success criteria, milestones, responsibilities, risks, and a clear conclusion.
-
Design credible solutions. Translate customer requirements into a practical solution approach across the AutoRABIT portfolio, integrations, architecture, security, data protection, and governance. Communicate assumptions and limitations clearly.
-
Build trust across the buying team. Develop relationships with technical practitioners, business leaders, executives, and internal champions while helping the customer navigate complex decisions.
-
Coordinate technical diligence. Address product, architecture, integration, security, and compliance questions; support RFPs and RFIs; and bring in specialists when deeper expertise is required.
-
Stay current and bring the market back to AutoRABIT. Maintain relevant product, Salesforce, MuleSoft, DevSecOps, security, data resilience, industry, and competitive knowledge. Turn field insight into qualified product feedback and reusable team assets.
-
Protect continuity after the sale. Provide Customer Success and delivery teams with a clear record of outcomes, requirements, commitments, assumptions, risks, and next steps so implementation begins with shared context.
-
Raise the effectiveness of the team. Share knowledge, improve demonstrations and evaluation practices, support partner and field enablement, and contribute to customer events when needed.
What success looks like
- Customer requirements and desired outcomes are clearly understood before a solution is prescribed.
- Technical evaluations are appropriately qualified, jointly planned, and brought to an evidence-based conclusion.
- Demonstrations and workshops are relevant to the audience, technically accurate, and focused on value rather than feature coverage.
- Customers and account teams rely on you for candid guidance, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
