Solution Designer (m/f/d) - fully remote (Warsaw, PL)
We are looking for a Solution Designer to join our team in Branch Poland. You will become part of a growing team of experts shaping innovative intralogistics and automation solutions for international customers.
Your role in our team
- Lead the design of intralogistics and automation solutions tailored to customer needs
- Translate business requirements into technical concepts and system architectures
- Develop end-to-end solution layouts including material flow, system integration, and IT interfaces
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams
- Support the preparation of technical proposals and customer presentations
- Analyze customer processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to cost calculations, system specifications, and risk assessments
- Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales and concept phase
Your profile
- Degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Experience in solution design within intralogistics, automation, or AMR environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material flow systems
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions
- Professional CAD design skills
- Familiarity with WMS, WCS, or automation integration concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communication skills in English; Polish (native) or German is a plus
- Structured, proactive working style and team-oriented mindset
