Nuclear is an intelligent note-taking app built for students and self-learners who crave more from their notes. We combine AI with sleek design to turn raw text into editable, interactive study tools β including fill-in-the-blank exercises, adaptive quizzes, and instant Q&A through "Ask Nuclear ."
We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're building tools that make learning personal, engaging, and efficient.
What Youβll Do

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems for the Nuclear web app.

Integrate AI features like Q&A, summarization, and dynamic quiz generation.

Collaborate with design to implement clean, responsive UIs that feel delightful and fast.

Optimize performance for real-time rendering and editing of large documents.

Write clean, testable code with good documentation and modularity.

Contribute ideas on feature design, UX flows, and technical strategy.
Tech Stack (You donβt need to know all of these)

Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion

Backend: Node.js, Express

Database: PostgreSQL, Prisma

AI Layer: Sonar APIs, LangChain, Pinecone (or similar vector DB)

Dev Tools: GitHub, Vercel, Docker, Tailscale

Bonus: Experience with browser-based text editing (Slate.js, Lexical, or ProseMirror)
What Weβre Looking For

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (preferably React).

Experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.

Ability to turn product requirements into fast, maintainable code.

Interest in AI/LLMs and how they can reshape learning experiences.
