Social Media & Visibility Specialist (Part-Time / Premium Pay)

About Us & The Role: We are 2 high-ticket sales coaches who help high-integrity women entrepreneurs scale their businesses by improving their sales skills. We're looking for a highly skilled, emotionally intelligent Social Media & Visibility Specialist to join our team part-time (15 hours per week). Because we're offering a premium rate ($10/hour), we're looking for a true expert. You do not need to be told what to do every step of the way. You bring ideas to the table, your English is absolutely flawless, and you know how to make short-form video look amazing. The Schedule (Please Read Carefully): Hours: 15 hours per week (approx. 3 hours per day but flexible). Pay: $10 USD per hour (paid via Wise) + 13th-month bonus potential. Time Zone Flexibility: 4 days a week, you can work your normal daytime hours in the Philippines (asynchronous) to do video editing, research, and scheduling. US Overlap: 1 day a week, you must work during US daytime hours. We will use this day for a quick 15-minute weekly sync meeting, and you will do live Instagram/LinkedIn outreach so the timestamps look native to the US. What You Will Be Doing: 1. Social Media & Video Editing (Instagram & LinkedIn) You will research top creators in our niche and bring me fresh ideas and hooks for new videos. We will drop raw videos into a Google Drive folder for you. You will edit them (using CapCut, Premiere, etc.) into engaging, high-quality Reels/Shorts with dynamic captions. You will create and manage a content calendar. 2. Visibility & Pitching (Speaking Gigs) You will research podcasts, virtual summits, and speaking opportunities where our ideal clients hang out. You will use our proven templates and our custom, in-house AI tool trained on our exact brand voice to draft and send customized pitches to event organizers and podcast hosts. 3. Initial Lead Generation (DM Outreach) During your US-hours workday, you will do initial outreach on Instagram and LinkedIn. You will reply to comments and send warm, non-spammy DMs to potential ideal clients based on scripts we provide. Once the conversation gets going, you tag us in, and we take over! Must-Have Qualifications: Flawless, Near-Native English: Your written English must be perfect. You will be pitching event organizers and talking to high-ticket clients. Video Editing Expertise: You must know how to edit engaging short-form content. Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn. Autonomy: You are a self-starter.
