Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager & Content Creator I’m looking for a creative, dependable, and motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage my social media and grow my online presence. I’m looking for someone who is dedicated, willing to learn, and able to take initiative while following my vision and instructions. Responsibilities * Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, Threads, and YouTube * Create **engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and videos up to 3–4 minutes** * Edit videos using the content I provide * Create and post **quotes, graphics, captions, and other social media content** * Use hashtags, trending sounds, captions, text, and other features to increase engagement * Maintain and organize my **content calendar** * Schedule posts and make sure content is posted consistently * Engage with followers through comments and social media interactions * Repurpose existing content for different platforms * Stay up to date with social media trends and new platform features * Follow my editing style and recreate content based on examples I provide * Help brainstorm new content ideas * Monitor basic engagement and content performance * Eventually assist with **brand collaborations, partnerships, and potential business opportunities** as the working relationship develops Skills & Experience * Experience with **social media management and content creation** * Comfortable using **Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, Threads, and YouTube** * Strong video editing skills * Experience creating engaging short-form content * Comfortable using **CapCut and Canva** * Familiar with other video, graphic design, and social media editing tools * Comfortable using **ChatGPT and other AI tools** to help with content creation and ideas * Understands hashtags, trends, captions, and engagement * Creative and able to bring new ideas to the table * Organized and able to maintain a content calendar * Good communication and attention to detail What I’m Looking For * Someone who is **devoted and takes the position seriously** * Someone who is open to **learning new things and improving their skills** * Someone who can work independently but also take direction * Someone who is reliable and consistent * Someone who is willing to grow with me and my brand * Someone who can eventually take on more responsibility, including **brand partnerships and collaborations** **This is more than just a posting position.
