Social Media Manager (AI Content & Growth)

We are an expanding men’s fashion eCommerce brand looking for a creative and driven **Social Media Manager** to join our team long-term and grow with us. If you are passionate about social media, understand what makes content perform, and love creating engaging visuals with AI tools — this opportunity is for you. ## About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Instagram and Facebook channels. Your goal is to keep our social media active, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity while helping us reach new audiences and increase engagement. A major part of this role involves creating and publishing AI-generated content. We already produce around 95% of our social media content using AI, so experience with AI tools and image editing is extremely important. We are looking for someone with strong social media instincts, creativity, and a good understanding of what performs well in the fashion niche. ## Responsibilities * Manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook pages. * Create and publish multiple posts per day. * Generate engaging AI-powered social media content. * Edit and improve images/videos for social media. * Maintain a consistent and professional brand aesthetic. * Research trends and implement new content ideas. * Monitor engagement and help improve overall performance. * Work closely with the team to align content with campaigns and branding. ## Required Skills * Experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts. * Strong understanding of social media growth and engagement. * Experience with AI tools for content creation. * Image editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools). * Creative mindset with strong visual taste. * Understanding of fashion/lifestyle content. * Good English communication skills. * Organized, reliable, and proactive. ## Bonus Skills * Experience in the fashion or eCommerce industry. * Knowledge of viral content strategies. * Experience with short-form video editing. * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and analytics. ## What We Provide * Long-term opportunity within a fast-growing brand. * Creative freedom and room to bring ideas. * Clear systems and guidance. * Opportunity for growth and increased responsibilities. * Flexible remote work environment. ## Additional Information * Part-time position with possibility to transition into full-time. * You must be available for regular team communication. * Immediate start preferred. ## Why Join Us?
