About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to own content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance across multiple social platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to create content that captures attention, builds an audience, and drives measurable growth .
You’ll manage platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube , combining creative execution with data-driven optimization.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Content
- Build and manage structured content calendars
- Create, write, edit, schedule, and publish platform-specific content
- Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Identify trends, content opportunities, hooks, and new formats
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and inquiries
- Build engagement through proactive community interaction
- Maintain fast, professional response times
- Escalate customer or reputation-related issues when needed
Content Creation & Campaigns
- Coordinate graphics, short-form video, and multimedia content
- Work with designers, editors, and marketing teams on campaigns
- Support organic and paid social initiatives
- Assist with influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns
- Continuously test new creative concepts and messaging
Analytics & Growth
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, traffic, and conversions
- Prepare weekly/monthly social performance reports
- Identify top-performing content and replicate winning patterns
- Run A/B tests and optimize content based on performance data
- Use tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional social media management experience
- Hands-on experience managing multiple major social platforms
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills
- Experience creating or coordinating visual and video content
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, trends, and audience behavior
- Highly organized with consistent execution and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal English
- Availability during U.S. business hours

- Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or professional services
- Influencer marketing or UGC experience
- Paid social campaign exposure
- Conversion-focused content experience
- Community and online reputation management experience
