# Social Media & Facebook Ads Specialist ### San Diego Car Rental | Remote | $4/hour We are looking for a **Social Media & Facebook Ads Specialist** to grow our car rental business through engaging content, paid advertising, and effective lead generation. ### Responsibilities * Manage Facebook and Instagram pages * Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content * Create, manage, and optimize * *Facebook /Instagram (Meta) Ads** * Develop campaigns focused on **lead generation, inquiries, and bookings** * Research and test audiences, creatives, offers, and ad copy * Monitor ad performance, cost per lead, and lead quality * Generate qualified leads through organic and paid social media * Respond to comments, messages, and potential customer inquiries * Qualify and follow up with leads when needed * Track and report on social media and advertising performance ### Requirements * Proven experience in **Social Media Management** * Strong hands-on experience with * *Facebook /Instagram Ads** * Proven **Lead Generation** experience * Understanding of audience targeting, ad optimization, and lead qualification * Good content creation and copywriting skills * Basic Canva skills * Good written English and communication skills * Experience with **car rental, automotive, travel, or local businesses** is a plus ### GHL **GoHighLevel familiarity is a plus, but NOT required.** If familiar with GHL, you'll only use it for basic **Inbox/Conversations and Pipeline** lead management.
