About the job: We are looking for a social media executive who is passionate about content creation, content planning, and creative thinking. One crucial requirement is that the candidate is passionate about the financial market, especially cryptocurrency. There will be a probation period of 4 months. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and publish daily content on Twitter. 2. Edit YouTube Live videos and create short-form content. 3. Create and plan YouTube video content. 4. Collaborate with the team to develop growth strategies. 5. Prepare growth reports and track performance metrics. 6. Monitor Twitter and YouTube trends for short-form and written content. We are an AI-friendly organization, but one thing AI cannot replace is creativity, which is crucial to break through on social media. This is not a 5-day-a-week job; the candidate is required to work 3 hours on Saturday, as crypto investors are active on weekends on socials. This job has fixed and variable pay; variable pay will be decided on mutually agreed targets once the probation period is over.
