Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, internet-native Content & Growth Assistant to help grow ClipHouse, a short-form content distribution company working with brands, creators, sports, and entertainment. This is a 5-hour-per-week role focused on consistently creating strong content across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Weekly Responsibilities Monday — Research & Ideas (1 hour) Research trends across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, clipping, short-form content, and the creator economy Review ClipHouse campaign results, company updates, and relevant industry conversations Submit content ideas for approval Tuesday — Content Creation (2 hours) Batch-create the week's content: 5 X posts 2 LinkedIn posts 1 Instagram carousel Content will be split between two main goals: Clipper Growth Educate our clipping community Editing, hooks, retention, virality, trends, and content tips Attract more talented clippers to the ClipHouse network Client Growth Campaign results and case studies ClipHouse's POV on short-form distribution Industry trends and insights Content that builds credibility with brands, creators, sports, and entertainment companies All content is submitted together so our team has time to review before anything is published. Wednesday — Revisions (1 hour) Make requested copy and design changes Proofread and finalize approved posts Wednesday / Thursday — Scheduling & Publishing (1 hour) Schedule approved posts Publish content across the appropriate platforms Make sure everything is formatted correctly What We're Looking For You should understand social media, internet culture, hooks, short-form content, and what makes people stop scrolling. You should be comfortable with: Writing naturally for X and LinkedIn Designing clean Instagram carousels in Canva Researching trends independently Turning one strong idea into multiple pieces of content Taking feedback and hitting deadlines We do not want generic AI marketing content. We want someone with good taste, curiosity, and strong creative instincts. Paid Trial Selected applicants will complete a short $10 paid trial before we choose who moves forward.
