Signature Bartender – NOCTIS Lifestyle Hotel Bar (Opening Member)

■ Job Overview NOCTIS is the group's first lifestyle hotel brand, built around a simple concept: a hotel where communication happens. At its heart is the NOCTIS Bar — as central to the brand as the lobby and front desk, and the place where the concept "A Toast Today, A Memory Forever" comes to life. As we open our very first location in Akihabara this autumn, we're looking for a signature bartender to join as an opening member and shape the bar from day one. ■ Working Conditions Location: Akihabara, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (initially; transfer to future locations possible based on preference) Hours: Shift-based (example shift: 17:30–23:30) Employment type: Contract employee (permanent / indefinite term) Fully non-smoking indoors ■ Compensation / Welfare Salary: Hourly wage from ¥1,900 ~ ￥2,000(for candidates without experience：￥1,900) Bonus: Twice yearly (performance-based) Insurance: Health, pension, employment, and workers' accident insurance Benefits: Language training support, product purchase support ■ Responsibilities / Duties Preparing and serving drinks, and engaging with guests (cocktails, wine, non-alcoholic options — suggesting drinks to match each guest's taste) Managing the bar counter, glassware, and supplies, including opening setup and closing duties Communicating with domestic and international guests, creating a space for connection through conversation Inventory management, ordering, and cost control, plus involvement in planning and revising the drink menu Gathering and sharing guest feedback, and proposing improvements to elevate the bar experience ■ Requirements / Skills Experience in customer service / hospitality Able to communicate comfortably in English Someone who loves drinks and bar culture (Preferred) Experience in the food & beverage industry (bartending experience a plus) ■ Preferred Personality Someone who wants to embody a brand's world as the face of its bar Someone who enjoys building genuine connections with guests across the counter Someone who wants to bring their own ideas to the drink lineup and the space itself Someone who finds meaning in creating memorable nights for travelers from around the world
