Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) — Faceless Product Content

THE WORK Two to Three short-form videos a day across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Faceless product content: screen recordings of the software, AI voiceover, fast pacing. No talking heads. THE ROLE You receive a script, raw screen-recording footage and a finished voiceover track. You deliver a video that is ready to post - the cut, the captions, the sound design, the motion, the timing. You will not write scripts, invent concepts, appear on camera or handle posting. We own the copy. You own the craft. THE BAR An eye for visual hierarchy. This matters more than everything else in this ad combined. Our footage is screen recordings of a busy interface - text competing with text, captions fighting a UI that is already full. Making that legible AND fast at the same time is the whole job. We cannot teach it, so we are only hiring people who already have it. REQUIRED - You have edited video before. Paid, client or personal work. This should not be your first edit. - Real short-form pacing. Cuts that hold attention without feeling frantic. - Fluent in a real editor: CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or After Effects. We do not care which. - You edit on a computer, not a phone. - English strong enough for precise feedback. You will get notes like "that cut lands two frames late". - Reliable internet, no trouble moving large files. - Available full-time, eight hours a day, weekdays. NICE TO HAVE Software demos, app promos or screen-recording work. Sound design. Motion graphics. Growing a social account from zero. PAY - Paid trial task (the test edit): $30 USD, paid whether or not we move forward - Full-time rate: $250 USD / 2 weeks ($500 USD / month) - Generous bonus program on top of base, tied to how the videos perform rather than how many you deliver. Full structure is presented when the contract is signed. This is a long-term role. We are hiring 2-3 editors and keeping the ones who fit. PROCESS - three steps, everyone completes all three 1. Fill out the form (five minutes). 2. Complete the paid trial task. Same script and footage as everyone else, free hand on the cut. We pay $30 either way. 3. Short interview, after we have seen your work. We do not skip steps, and we do not hire anyone who has not done the trial task.
