Short-Form Video Creator – Creative & Social Media

Job Overview Hi! We're looking for a creative Short-Form Video Creator to develop engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role is focused on creative ideas and content development, not simply editing. You'll create approximately 12–15 short-form videos per week covering topics such as internet privacy, online scams, data brokers, and online safety. All videos will be faceless. You can use slideshows, screen recordings, text-driven videos, B-roll, voiceovers, or any other format that fits the concept. We're looking for someone who can consistently come up with fresh ideas, different formats, and strong hooks. Every video should feel distinct rather than being a repeated template with different text. We're looking for someone with: 1. Ability to develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds 4. Understanding of current social media trends and what makes content engaging 5. Ability to research trending topics, scams, privacy issues, and online safety stories 6. Experience with different short-form formats such as screen recordings, slideshows, B-roll, text-based videos, and voiceovers 7. Strong editing skills and the ability to turn an idea into a polished finished video 8. Willingness to experiment with different styles, formats, and approaches 9. Ability to use AI tools when appropriate while ensuring the final content feels natural and human-made 10. Reliability and ability to consistently meet weekly deliverables Important: Every video must clearly say "Privacy Bee" at least once in spoken audio. It should be natural and clearly audible, not rushed or hidden. Videos that do not meet this requirement will not be approved. We value originality and variety above repetitive production. Schedule & Deliverables You can organize your work throughout the week as you prefer, but videos should be submitted throughout the week rather than all at once. ????????????????????????????: 10 ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????? Expected: 12–15 approved videos per week Available for review notes and revisions during U.S. Eastern business hours You do not need to live in the United States Compensation $20 per approved video At 12–15 approved videos per week, you can earn approximately $240–$300/week. You are paid only for approved videos. Your invoice should be based on your approved video count × $20, rather than the number of videos ultimately posted that week. Performance bonus: An additional $100 for any video that reaches 50,000 views within 30 days of posting.
