Join the opening team at Off Broadway Park Café located in Fukuoka's most exciting development project! Our newly constructed 40‑seat venue located inside Japan's largest indoor skateboard and youth sports facility. The café features a lunch service counter, a separate bar counter, and a flexible dining space suitable for large groups, parties, and live events. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager / Head Chef to lead all kitchen and shop operations. This role combines hands‑on cooking with full responsibility for daily management, staff leadership, menu development, and customer service.
