We are growing our outbound team and looking for setters who can hold a friendly conversation and book appointments. There is NO pressure here. The Role You call off a list. When the prospect is interested, you book them onto our calendar. That is the whole job. No closing, no pitching packages, no prospecting your own leads. What You Get $5 to $8 CAD per hour, based on skill and experience 5% commission on every job that closes from a call you booked A pre-built list, a proven script, and a detailed FAQ document Dialer and CRM access provided Training and call review so you actually improve week to week Paid Trial We run a one week paid trial at $120 CAD. This lets us both find out if it is a fit before committing. Strong performers move onto the hourly rate plus commission right after. What We Need From You Clear, confident, neutral-accent English Reliable internet and a quiet place to work with a USB headset Availability during North American business hours (Pacific Time) Thick skin and consistency. This is dial volume work and rejection is part of it Cold calling experience is a plus but not required if you are coachable How to Apply Send a short video to ---------- (60 seconds is plenty) introducing yourself and reading this line: "Hi, is this the Brad? My name is ___ and I help towing companies in your area show up higher on Google." Applications without a voice sample will not be reviewed.
