ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant to support an urgent client engagement focused on establishing enterprise-wide AI governance and lifecycle management. This is a fully remote, W-2 contract opportunity open to candidates based in the United States. Interviews and submissions are being processed immediately.
What You'll Do

Configure and implement AI Governance and Lifecycle Management capabilities within ServiceNow AI Control Tower.

Support Risk, Compliance, and Security Management initiatives across the enterprise.

Implement Discovery and Observability capabilities to provide visibility into AI assets and usage.

Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks tailored to enterprise requirements.

Develop workflows and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI assets and platforms.

Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI governance solutions.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong ServiceNow development and administration experience.

Hands-on experience with AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management within ServiceNow.

Solid knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Security Management principles and their implementation in ServiceNow.

Proven experience building workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment from within the USA.
Compensation & Benefits

Rate: Up to $70/hour on W-2
