SEO Lead

In this role, you’ll:

- Develop and execute SEO strategy to boost search visibility and drive organic leads.

- Conduct keyword research, prioritize growth opportunities and guide content creators.

- Develop and implement high-quality backlinks building strategy.

- Oversee technical SEO health.

- Collaborate with content, product and engineering teams to optimize website.

- Collaborate with data team to refine needed reports and drive insights.

- Stay on top of industry trends and AI optimization opportunities.

Your skills & experience:

- 3+ years of experience working in SEO field.

- 1+ year of experience leading a team.

- A history of driving significant, measurable organic growth, with specific examples of increasing traffic and contributing to business goals.

- Previous experience owning SEO projects from planning to execution and results.

- Expertise in all three pillars of SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

- A strong sense of ownership and a high drive for results.

- Reporting skills: ability to track and present changes in an automated way.

- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and search engine analytics tools.

- Fluency in English.

Salary & Benefits:

Gross salary : 21000 - 25000 PLN/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
