SEO Expert (Full-Time, Remote) — WordPress SaaS Products

About us We're a bootstrapped, product-led software company building WordPress and WooCommerce plugins used by tens of thousands of stores and creators worldwide. Our portfolio covers six products across sales funnels, email marketing, product feeds, virtual tours, cart recovery, and online courses. Our team is spread across Europe and Asia, and we've been building products since 2014. We're looking for our first dedicated SEO Expert to own organic growth across the whole portfolio. You'll be a real member of the team, not a ticket queue. What you'll do Own the SEO roadmap for six product websites and their WordPress.org plugin listings. Run keyword research and build topic clusters around WooCommerce funnels, email marketing, product feeds, virtual tours, and online courses. Audit sites regularly (technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, crawl/index issues, internal linking) and work with our developers to ship fixes. Plan and brief content for our writers; optimize existing articles and roundup/comparison pages that have lost visibility. Build entity SEO and AI-search visibility (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT/Perplexity citations) — schema, brand mentions, structured knowledge. Run link-building and digital PR outreach (guest posts, roundups, partnerships). Track results in Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs; report weekly against clear KPIs (rankings, organic signups, plugin installs). What we're looking for 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally for SaaS, WordPress plugins, or eCommerce. Proven results you can show (rankings, traffic growth, conversions — with proof). Strong with Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Rank Math/Yoast. Comfortable with WordPress: you can edit pages, fix on-page issues, and brief developers clearly. Solid understanding of technical SEO and content strategy — not just one or the other. Excellent written English. Self-managed, data-driven, and honest about what's working and what isn't. Bonus points: experience with WordPress.org plugin SEO, programmatic SEO, entity/AI-search SEO, or email marketing content.
