Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain low-latency and high-frequency web scraping programs and scripts to gather data from various web pages.
- Manage and analyze low-latency data sets from web scraping, ensuring precision and quality for real-time insights.
- Test, maintain, and troubleshoot web scraping processes to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
- Collaborate with different teams in the organization to understand data needs and requirements.
- Ensure real-time, accurate, and reliable data through efficient web scraping and data operations.
- Deliver timely, informative data analysis and reporting with a focus on low-latency elements.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in web scraping and data collection.
- Proficient in popular web scraping technologies and frameworks, such as Selenium, Puppeteer, Scrapy, and PhantomJS.
- Strong coding skills in one of the following languages: Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Familiar with common anti-scraping and blocking techniques, with practical experience in overcoming them.
- Bonus points for expertise in reverse engineering, obfuscation, unpacking, distributed systems, data analysis, and data mining.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
