About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Contact prospective customers and pitch business compliance services such as GST registration, trademark registration, company incorporation, ROC compliance, accounting, and income tax services. 2. Meet performance targets by achieving a minimum of 10 successful customer conversions per month during the first 3 months (probation). Upon successful completion of probation, candidates will be expected to achieve a minimum of 15 customer conversions per month. 3. Follow up with prospects, handle customer queries and objections, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely closure of leads while meeting monthly revenue targets. Must own a laptop with a stable internet connection and a smartphone for official work. - 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage. - 5. Comfortable working with CRM software, Google Workspace/MS Office, and achieving monthly sales and conversion targets. - 6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment. - 7. Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.
