4–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting Solutions

Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI development.

Expertise in DAX , Power Query (M Language), and data modeling .

Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).

Advanced SQL development skills on SQL Server .
-
Experience with Power BI Service , Gateways, Workspaces, and Deployment Pipelines.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Knowledge of report performance tuning and optimization techniques.
-
Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting environments.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks .

Knowledge of SSIS and SSAS .

Experience with Paginated Reports in Power BI .

Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Exposure to REST APIs and data integration techniques.

Power BI Development:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.

Develop efficient data models using star and snowflake schemas.

Create complex calculations, KPIs, and business metrics using DAX.

Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.

Optimize report performance and manage Power BI datasets and workspaces.

Publish, schedule, and maintain reports in Power BI Service.
SSRS Reporting:

Develop, modify, and support operational and analytical reports using SSRS.

Build paginated reports and pixel-perfect reporting solutions.

Maintain existing SSRS report catalog and subscriptions.
-
Troubleshoot report performance and data retrieval issues.
-
Support migration of legacy SSRS reports to Power BI where applicable.
