Requirements
What You'll Do In this role, you will start by:
- Leading accounting relationships for a portfolio of clients as a trusted advisor
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and serving as a high-level resource for complex accounting issues
- Supporting and mentoring our international bookkeeping team
- Preparing and reviewing UStaxreturns (individual and business) alongside our existingtaxresources
- Collaborating on internal process, technology, and efficiency initiatives
As you grow into the SeniorTaxManager role,you'lltake on:
- Ownership of review and sign-off on US federal and statereturns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 990 as the practice grows)
- Buildinga team of tax preparers, including our offshore staff in the Philippines
- Setting quality control, workflows, andtax-season capacity planning
- Acting as a taxadvisor on planning and strategy for SME
- Partnering with ownership to shape service lines and grow the practice
Who We're Looking For
We'relooking for someone who is:
- Comfortabletaking ownership andleading client relationships independently
- An excellent communicator and relationship-builder
- Knowledgeable in UStaxation, with the judgment to review and stand behind areturn
- Experienced in managing or mentoring people, and interested inleading a team
- Adaptable and eager to learnnew technologies, systems, and modern accounting practices
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ideal experience includes:

Active US CPA (or EA) — strongly preferred for a role that grows into signingreturns
- Several years of UStaxexperience (individual and businessreturns)
- Senior accountingleadership: Controller, Accounting Manager, CAS, or public accounting
- Experience managing multiple clients or entities and mentoring teams
- Experience with cloud-based accounting and professional tax
