About the role:

We are looking for a person who will manage social media content and support brand growth through LinkedIn and Threads.

This role is for a person who can work independently, create ideas, and take responsibility for results.

Who we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SMM, or similar roles;

- Strong experience with LinkedIn (must have);

- Threads experience is a big plus;

- High level experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, AI design tools, etc.);

- Experience working with content systems, guidelines, and brand voice;

- Strong love for marketing and content;

- High ambition to grow in the profession;

- Experience in analytics and dashboards is a plus;

- Agency experience is a plus.

What you'll do:

- Manage LinkedIn and Threads accounts;

- Write posts and create content for social media;

- Generate visuals using AI tools;

- Help a junior copywriter with daily tasks and content quality;

- Work with analytics dashboards and track content performance;

- Follow and improve content guidelines, tone of voice, and content matrix.
