Senior SAP PT Consultant
Location: Germany - DACH
As part of our Professional Services Consulting team DACH we are looking for candidates with Sen German SAP time experience .
As senior German time consultant you are working with our German clients as well as our delivery center in Granada/Spain. Cross team collaboration in English is an important part of the role. Going forward within the further career you also have the option to extend skills within SFSF Employee Central, SF time, point to point integration and other leading HR systems solutions.

We’re looking for a Senior SAP Time (PT) Consultant who enjoys solving complex time management challenges and working closely with clients who rely on precision, reliability, and expertise.
This role combines deep SAP Time expertise , with real ownership. You’ll shape solutions, influence outcomes, and apply your judgment where it truly matters. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into modern HR technologies such as SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking , while contributing to systems that support millions of people at work every day.Strada delivers a framework for development and growth with our internal SAP Payroll and time academy DACH, Access to SAP Learning Hub and certifications, in addition to coaching and shadowing model on client assignments.

What you’ll do
- Lead one or multiple client implementations end to end
- Facilitate design workshops to capture positive and negative time requirements
- Analyse client processes and translate them into clear functional designs
- Create functional documentation and workbooks that teams actually use
- Configure and implement solutions in SAP HCM PT or SuccessFactors Time Tracking
- Coordinate data migration activities
- Lead testing cycles (Unit, Integration, User Acceptance Testing)
- Proactively align with other workstreams (EC, Time Off, EC Payroll, hybrid projects)
- Support Sales and Pre-Sales activities, including due diligence workshops
What you bring
Essential experience
- Strong senior-level expertise in SAP Time Management (positive & negative time)
- Multiple end-to-end time project implementations, including clocking integrations
- Deep understanding of German time management requirements
- Experience working in international, virtual teams
- Solid understanding of time processes and reporting tools
- Familiarity with structured project environments and the software development lifecycle
- German and English fluency (spoken and written)
Bonus if you have
- Experience with SAP Time maintenance and support
- Exposure to SuccessFactors, Employee Central, or SF Time
- Basic ABAP knowledge
