Role Overview

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is a critical hands-on role responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the core Salesforce platform and its associated business applications.

Lead the daily administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform, manage user support and enablement, and manage release management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience

- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce Administration

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required

- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a strong plus
