The anticipated salary range is $140, 000.00 - $155,000.00, plus annual incentive bonus potential. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location. For internal teammates, a compensation percentage increase will be reviewed and determined in partnership with HR, taking into consideration internal equity and relevant experience.
Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager on the Cost Transformation team will be responsible for project leadership, strategic initiative support and delivering improved business results to achieve O&M Products and Healthcare Services and the Growth & Innovation team’s strategic activities needed to support Owens & Minor’s Global business. Success in this position requires strong project management capabilities, financial acumen, use of visual management, ability to remove barriers and problem solve, continuous improvement mindset, and change management capabilities. This position reports to the Director, Cost Transformation within the Growth & Innovation group.
Core Responsibilities

The position is expected to influence and drive results across all Products and Healthcare Services Cost Transformation initiatives. The primary purpose of this role is to lead projects, support procurement/sourcing initiatives, and provide strategic direction to position the department for long term success.
