Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Canada to lead critical IT initiatives supporting our enterprise-wide AI transformation program, including the development and delivery of AI-driven agents. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for ensuring execution excellence, governance discipline, and financial visibility across a complex, cross-functional portfolio of technology projects.
What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects and workstreams aligned to the AI transformation roadmap, drive execution and coordination across a portfolio of initiatives, and partner with IT, data, product, finance, and business leaders to define scope, timelines, dependencies, success metrics, and budget tracking requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 8+ years of project management experience, including leading complex IT, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives

- Proven experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams

- Experience directly managing or supervising team members, preferably in a globally distributed team environment

- Strong track record delivering enterprise technology projects on time and within scope

- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and provide clear decision support to senior leaders

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

- Strong financial organization skills, including experience managing spreadsheets, tracking project spend, maintaining forecasts, and ensuring accurate project-related financial documentation
