Reporting to the Manager, Professional Services Southern EMEA, you ll be working #REMOTELY from anywhere in Italy, and be responsible for: Deep diving into the customer environment and their unique requirements, creating a design plan, configuring, and integrating Zscaler solutions to enable their best usage of the Zscaler Zero Trust platform based on Zscaler best practices and Professional Services Methodology Ensuring client needs are met and deliverables produced on time according as defined in the Statement of Work Working alongside with other consultants, Project Managers, Technical Account Managers and senior management to implement future proof Zscaler solutions Progressing and upholding experience and expertise in deploying advanced Zscaler product features and functionality Assisting customers with testing or troubleshooting during the deployment, and engaging with Technical Account Manager and Escalate to support as required What We re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 5+ years of prior work experience in similar positions (e.g. Professional Consultant, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, Technical Marketing Engineer or a Security Support Engineer) Availability to work on-site and remote in multiple projects and long term assignments, and collaborate with customers and partner engineers to accomplish tasks Experience in deploying and maintaining large scale networking, firewall or security solutions in enterprise environments Deep understanding of IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols, Proxy and SSL, and authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory Native-level command of Italian language, and English language at business level fluent are a must What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Industry recognized Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP and vendor specific certifications Advanced expertise in network security architecture and SaaS integration Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related field #LI-REMOTE #LI-MM8At Zscaler, we believe that diversity drives innovation, productivity, and success.
