Role Summary We're a small, hard-working team building something ambitious: a member platform that delivers personalized access to jobs, events, resources, and mentoring on a global scale. We've built it agentically, moving fast, and we need a Senior Product Manager to own execution and success of that platform, working in close partnership with our VP of Technology, who sets product direction and vision. This isn't a role in a mature org with layers of process and a bench of fellow PMs. There is one Dev team, and you are the only product person. You'll take the vision and priorities set at the leadership level and turn them into a roadmap, specs, and platform, working hands-on with the Dev team every day. If you want high ownership over how things get built and you're energized by moving fast in a lean team, this is built for you. What Youโ€™ll Own You will own execution of the member platform with the Dev team as your closest collaborator. The Marketing, Programs, and Partner teams are key stakeholders you'll align and build with. Roadmap & Planning - Translate product direction and business goals set at the leadership level (member engagement, partner revenue/ROI, scalable personalized support) into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap. - Recommend build-vs-buy and sequencing tradeoffs, and bring a clear point of view to those conversations with leadership. Discovery & Requirements - Run member research and analyze usage data to identify what's working and what's not across jobs, events, resources, and mentoring access. - Write the specs and requirements the dev team builds against. - Define what success looks like for each feature before it ships. Execution & Delivery - Work directly and daily with the Dev team: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, unblocking. - Make the day-to-day tradeoff calls between scope, timeline, and quality, keeping the VP of Technology looped in on anything that shifts the roadmap materially. - Own the personalized member experience end-to-end: how members discover and access jobs, events, resources, and mentoring in a way that feels tailored to them, not generic. - Own documentation to ensure cross-organizational communication Cross-Functional Alignment - Be the connective tissue across the Dev, Design, Marketing, Programs, and Partner teams: you translate each group's needs into product decisions and represent product decisions back to them and maintain transparency across the org. - Own the partner-facing product experience, working closely with the Partner team to build the features, integrations, or visibility partners need to see real ROI. Metrics & Reporting - Define and track the KPIs that matter: member engagement, partner revenue/ROI, and platform scalability (are we serving more members with the same or better personalized quality?). - Report on platform health and roadmap progress to leadership. - Let data drive prioritization, and be transparent when it changes your plan. What Success Looks Like Engagement - A platform members actually use and return to, because it delivers genuinely personalized access to jobs, events, resources, and mentoring. Partner ROI - A partner experience strong enough that partners can point to clear, demonstrable ROI from the platform. Scale without degradation - As the member base grows, the personalized experience doesn't get watered down: quality scales with volume, not against it. Required Qualifications + Key Competencies - 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning execution and delivery for a product area. - Comfort operating as the only product person day-to-day, while taking direction from a VP-level product leader. You don't need a product team around you, but you know how to partner closely with leadership. - Experience working hands-on with a Dev team through the full build cycle, not just handing off requirements. - Strong cross-functional instincts: you can translat
