About the Role

A Series C fintech company building modern banking infrastructure for small and independent businesses is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and scale the full growth funnel โ€” from acquisition through retention. Operating in a regulated fintech environment, you'll bring rigorous experimentation discipline, sharp analytical instincts, and a genuine passion for helping small businesses thrive financially.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of product, data, and growth marketing. You'll set strategy, run experiments, and partner cross-functionally to turn validated wins into scalable product features โ€” all while leveraging AI to increase velocity and impact.
What You'll Do

-
Develop and execute a growth product strategy aligned with company mission, growth objectives, and unit economics.

-
Serve as a strategic partner to executive, product, and growth marketing teams, providing data-driven insight for key business decisions.

-
Translate company objectives into a prioritized growth roadmap that connects experimentation to long-term strategy.

-
Own the full growth funnel โ€” acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, and retention โ€” with a focus on LTV, CAC, and payback.

-
Design, run, and scale a rigorous A/B testing and experimentation program across landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and personalization.

-
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing to productionalize winning experiments into scalable features.

-
Improve site and onboarding conversion by clarifying value propositions and reducing friction.

-
Strengthen top-of-funnel performance via SEO, AEO/LLM-driven discovery, organic channels, affiliates, and educational content.

-
Drive retention and product depth to increase engagement and repeat value โ€” not incentive-dependent growth.

-
Apply AI to accelerate experimentation, discovery, analysis, personalization, and growth tooling โ€” in close partnership with Data, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.

-
Build and maintain analytics, instrumentation, and tooling to measure the funnel end-to-end and attribute impact across channels and experiments.

-
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth team; establish scalable systems for experimentation and operations.

What We're Looking For
Required:

-
10+ years of progressive experience in growth, product management, or growth marketing, including 3โ€“5+ years in senior growth or product leadership .

-
Background in fintech, financial services, or subscription/consumer businesses strongly preferred.

-
Demonstrable track record of building and scaling growth and experimentation functions with measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and unit economics.

-
Deep, hands-on expertise with A/B testing, experimentation tooling, personalization, and cohort-based analysis (dealbreaker).

-
Strong understanding of full-funnel growth fundamentals and their connection to LTV, CAC, and payback periods.

-
Proven ability to set targets, track KPIs, translate insights into operating plans, and hand off validated, scalable wins to product teams.

-
Experience giving products a clear point of view and value proposition โ€” aligning growth initiatives to long-term strategy rather than short-term tactics.

-
Experience applying AI to experimentation, content generation, analysis, and AEO/LLM-driven discovery.

-
Proven ability to influence and partner with engineering and product teams; strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to Have:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field.

-
Experience in regulated financial services environments.

-
Familiarity with modern growth tooling stacks, data pipelines, and attribution modeling.
