We collaborate through modern tooling such as Figma, Github, Google Meet, Slack, Airtable and stay aligned through weekly sprints, standups, and all hands. br> br>We aim to empower every individual on the team with full transparency, ownership, autonomy, and clear objectives. br> br> strong>Your role br> br> /strong>As our new Senior Product Manager you will join a highly technical team of 20 that puts the needs of our users first. Through your work you will significantly influence the next wave of web3, decentralized applications. br> br> strong>Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>Translate company priorities and roadmaps into clear and concise product requirements that maximize engineering efficiency /li> li>Design product bets with engineering, design, and leadership that achieve product-market fit for new asset management verticals, and expanding into adjacent DeFi markets /li> li>Continuously research and iterate to better understand our integrators goals, needs, and pain points /li> li>Champion your team around a shared vision for the product and steer the execution of the team towards that vision /li> li>Facilitate sprint ceremonies and maintain clear execution cadence through maintaining clear priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment /li> li>Craft metrics that accurately reflect Set s goals and work to influence them with the team /li> li>Evaluate trade-offs between different product decisions and clearly communicate these decisions to a range of different audiences br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Requirements br> br> /strong> ul> li>5+ years experience in a technical product manager role /li> li>A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle /li> li>Proven track record of shipping products at scale /li> li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills /li> li>Highly autonomous and organized /li> li>Passion for DeFi and blockchain technology /li> li>Deep understanding of the world of asset management from industry knowledge to investment concepts /li> li>Works effectively in a remote setting and is within 3 hours of Pacific Time (PT) br&gt
