About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Schedule and reschedule online appointments for doctors and ensure consultation slots are fully blocked 2. Supervise and provide guidance to Junior staffs on patient coordination (involving call assistance) 3. Act as the first point of contact on patient queries, complaints, or any scheduling conflicts and provides immediate resolution 4. Coordinates with doctors and clinical teams to align consultation timings, availability, and any last-minute changes 5. Monitors patient records and consultation data 6. Tracks daily, weekly, and monthly consultation volumes, and prepares summary reports 7. Ensures timely and courteous communication with patients 8. Handles IVR calls and its associated tasks 9. Provides online support to both doctors and patients (during live consultation) 10. Coordinates technical readiness of the video consultation platform and troubleshoots basic connectivity or access issues with patients 11. Trains, mentors, and reviews the performance of the Junior staffs, and supports their onboarding process 12. Supports audit checks 13. Involve in multitasking roles and switch to other roles on need 14.
