Position Overview:
Join HealthEdge as Senior Manager, FP&A โ Risk Adjustment and take on a key leadership role in shaping our financial future. In this position, you will lead financial planning and analysis for the Risk Adjustment organization, manage and develop a team of FP&A Analysts, and serve as a trusted financial partner and advisor to Risk Adjustment leadership. You will own the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cadence for the Risk Adjustment P&L, translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights for executive audiences, and drive the analytical rigor, scalability, and process discipline that allow FP&A to grow with the business. This role combines strong financial acumen and people leadership with advanced analytical and data capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and scalable decision support.

Team Leadership:
This role directly manages a team of FP&A Analysts supporting the Risk Adjustment organization. The Senior Manager is responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and performance management of the team; setting priorities and workload; reviewing deliverables for quality and accuracy; and building the technical and business-partnering skills of team members over time.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the FP&A function supporting the Risk Adjustment organization, serving as the primary financial business partner and trusted advisor to Risk Adjustment leaders
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts, including workload prioritization, quality review of deliverables, and career development
- Own the preparation and review of monthly revenue and expense forecasts for HealthEdge 's Risk Adjustment P&L, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Direct the build, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models supporting monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning
- Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly and year-to-date management reporting packages, including KPI tracking and variance analysis, ensuring insights are actionable for leadership
- Lead financial analyses, executive commentary, and presentation materials for monthly executive and operational reviews, presenting directly to senior leadership
- Provide deep technical and analytical expertise, and guide the team, in responding to complex, ad-hoc reporting and data requests
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on system implementations, upgrades, and migrations impacting financial planning and reporting
- Champion the design and enhancement of automated reporting, dashboards, and data models to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain a quantitative and qualitative analytics framework that integrates financial, operational, and performance data
- Identify and lead opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency gains across forecasting, reporting, and analysis workflows
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enable FP&A to scale effectively with the growth of the business
- Escalate risks, opportunities, and key business drivers to senior finance and Risk Adjustment leadership in a clear, timely manner
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, finance business partnering, or related analytical roles, including prior experience leading or mentoring other analysts
- Prior direct people management experience strongly preferred; demonstrated ability to
