What you’ll do

Build and optimize scalable Java microservices powering our core fintech products

Design APIs and backend workflows for secure payments, account management, and financial data

Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to deliver smooth, reliable end-to-end features

Contribute to system design decisions and architectural improvements

Write clean, testable, well-documented code — and help set coding standards for the team

Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues

Stay current on Java best practices and fintech trends
Requirements
Who you are
-
5+ years of experience in backend development with strong Java (Java 11+) expertise

Solid grasp of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture

Familiar with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ

Experience with CI/CD , containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Passion for performance, security, and clean architecture

A team player who’s also self-driven and proactive in solving problems
Nice to have

Experience in fintech or regulated environments

Knowledge of OpenAPI, OAuth2, or distributed systems

Contributions to open-source projects or internal developer tools
