Senior Graphic & UI/UX Designer — E-commerce & Website

Senior Graphic & UI/UX Designer We’re looking for a Graphic & UI/UX Designer with strong visual taste to join our multi-brand DTC e-commerce company operating across the EU and US. The most important thing for us is good design judgment. You should have a strong eye for typography, layout, colors, imagery, and overall art direction. You do not need to be a CRO expert. We mainly want someone who can make our websites, campaigns, and creative assets look better, more consistent, and more premium. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Design and improve our e-commerce websites, landing pages, product pages, and homepage sections. 2. Create website banners, campaign graphics, static ads, and social media creatives. 3. Work on UI/UX for desktop and mobile. 4. Help define the visual direction and art direction of our brands. 5. Choose and improve typography, layouts, colors, imagery, and visual hierarchy. 6. Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography. 7. Create polished graphics and compositions in Photoshop and Figma. 8. Keep the visual identity consistent across websites, ads, email , and campaigns. 9. Create different design variations for products, campaigns, and offers. 10. Work with our marketing and development teams to improve the overall customer experience. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1. Strong graphic design portfolio. 2. Excellent taste in typography, layout, and composition. 3. Strong Photoshop and Figma skills. 4. Good photo editing and retouching skills. 5. Experience with website or UI/UX design. 6. Ability to create clean, modern, premium-looking designs. 7. Good understanding of branding and art direction. 8. Attention to detail and willingness to improve work based on feedback. Shopify, DTC, CRO, or performance marketing experience is a plus, but not required. We care much more about your design taste and portfolio than whether you know every marketing term.
