Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on software development expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance technology platforms.
The selected candidate will work on AI-driven collaboration, smart data connectivity, platform development, integrations, and cloud-based software solutions within a remote and distributed engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
- Build and support backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications across multiple platforms.
- Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and strategic technology decisions.
- Develop clean, maintainable, production-ready, and well-documented code.
- Work across frontend, backend, database, authentication, API, and deployment layers.
- Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and integration workflows.
- Support database modelling, data connectivity, and secure data handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business and user requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Participate in project planning, technical documentation, and all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Support version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
- Research and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Use AI-assisted software development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, debugging, and documentation.
- Take ownership of technical solutions from concept through deployment and support.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development is mandatory.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure software applications.
- Strong expertise across frontend, backend, database, integration, and cloud-based systems.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level software architecture, system design, and application integration.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, API development, microservices architecture, authentication, security frameworks, version control, deployment processes , and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile, remote, and distributed engineering teams.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to contribute to technical strategy, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and modern engineering productivity platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Quick learner with a strong interest in emerging technologies.
