Cooper Roofing Inc. Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Google Ads, SEO & Growth) Location: Remote (Philippines preferred). Lead the Marketing Growth of an Established Service Business Cooper Roofing is an award-winning roofing company serving Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are bringing our marketing operations in-house and looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead measurable growth through Google Ads, SEO, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics. This is not a Social Media Manager position. We already have one in place. We need someone who can take ownership of our paid and organic search strategy, improve lead generation, strengthen attribution, and help build a scalable customer-acquisition system. You will report directly to the Founder and CEO. Key Responsibilities Reactivate, manage, and optimize Google Ads using six years of historical campaign data. Develop and lead technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO strategies. Manage Google Local Services Ads and Meta Ads where appropriate. Improve landing-page conversion rates through testing and optimization. Manage GoHighLevel tracking, dynamic number insertion, number pools, UTMs, and nurture sequences. Maintain accurate attribution between marketing spend, leads, sales, and closed revenue. Own Google Business Profile optimization, review generation, and local reputation strategy. Conduct competitor analysis across advertising, SEO, offers, and positioning. Develop seasonal lead-generation campaigns for roofing demand cycles. Provide clear SEO and development direction to our web developer. Direct the Social Media Manager's output where it supports the wider marketing strategy. Produce weekly reports connecting marketing performance to actual business results. Present results, explain performance, and recommend next steps directly to the CEO. What We're Looking For Strong Google Ads and SEO experience is essential. We are specifically looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience independently managing and optimizing Google Ads. Strong technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO knowledge. A proven track record of generating qualified leads and revenue for a service-based business. Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI, ROAS, and revenue attribution. Experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Business Profile. Experience developing SEO strategies and directing web developers. Experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into clear decisions. Excellent written English and strong organizational skills. Experience managing contractors, content creators, or other marketing team members. Experience in roofing, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, landscaping, or another local B2C service industry is highly valued. Familiarity with JobNimbus, JustCall, Local Services Ads, structured data, AI-search optimization, or conversion-rate optimization is also an asset.
