- Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects – ideally in the context of SAP, with a focus on sustainable user adoption.

- Translation of change objectives into structured enablement and adoption concepts across systems, processes, and user groups.

- Conception, coordination, and hands‑on implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g. WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including the creation and quality assurance of in‑app assets (walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, contextual help).

- End‑to‑end enablement responsibility: target group segmentation, content lifecycle management, testing & go‑live coordination, as well as evaluation of adoption KPIs (e.g., usage, completion, reduction of support requests).

- Conceptual introduction, operation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions in LMS/LXP environments, including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting (e.g., SuccessFactors Learning).

- Design of modern and future‑oriented enablement and learning approaches, including AI‑supported personalization and learning analytics.

- Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and instructional design, combined with a pragmatic, implementation‑oriented mindset.

- Strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in stakeholder interaction; very good German and English skills.
