Your Mandate
- Partner with SAP Fioneer 's Executive Team and senior leaders from the world's leading banks and insurers

- Shape the strategic agenda of a company at the forefront of Financial Services innovation

- Define growth platforms, create new business models, and unlock industry-shaping opportunities

- Drive decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives that determine where SAP Fioneer and the industry go next

Requirements

Who You Are

- 3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting with a proven track record of shaping strategy, driving transformation, and creating measurable business value

- Trusted advisor to senior executives, with experience leading high-impact initiatives and influencing strategic decision-making

- Industry expertise in Banking or Insurance and a strong ability to translate strategic ambition into business outcomes

- Exceptional analytical, commercial, and communication skills; Master's degree and fluency in English and German required
