About the Company World Class Renewables Inc. is looking for an experienced, technically capable BigCommerce administrator to manage, improve, and monitor ---------- c Our website contains technical renewable-energy products and serves both retail and business customers. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who can manage product data, configure BigCommerce B2B Edition, build company account hierarchies, troubleshoot website issues, and coordinate more advanced work with developers. This is not a basic data-entry position. Applicants must have hands-on BigCommerce administration experience and strong technical problem-solving skills. Primary Responsibilities BigCommerce B2B Edition Create and maintain B2B company accounts Build parent-company and subsidiary-account hierarchies Configure company roles, users, permissions, and approval workflows Assign buyers to the appropriate companies and locations Configure access to subsidiary company accounts Manage customer groups, price lists, payment terms, credit limits, and tax settings Configure customer-specific catalogs and pricing Manage quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and B2B orders Test company accounts and permissions through the Buyer Portal Document each company’s hierarchy, users, roles, pricing, and account settings Troubleshoot B2B account, pricing, permission, and Buyer Portal problems Product and Catalog Management Create and update products, categories, brands, and product options Enter technical specifications accurately Manage SKUs, UPCs, pricing, inventory, dimensions, weights, and shipping information Build product variants and complex product-option structures Upload and optimize product images, manuals, specification sheets, and other files Manage related products, accessories, replacement parts, and product compatibility Prepare and process bulk product imports and exports Clean, validate, and map product data using spreadsheets Audit product listings for missing or inconsistent information Maintain consistent product-page formatting across the website Technical Website Administration Monitor the storefront, product pages, navigation, search, cart, checkout, and customer accounts Identify broken links, missing images, pricing errors, display problems, and failed functions Test website changes on desktop and mobile devices Perform basic HTML and CSS updates when necessary Make minor BigCommerce Stencil theme and Page Builder changes Install, configure, and test approved BigCommerce applications Troubleshoot conflicts between applications, themes, and store settings Understand when an issue requires a developer and prepare a clear technical report Work with developers, app providers, and BigCommerce Support to resolve problems Maintain a record of store changes and configuration updates Avoid making untested changes to the live storefront SEO, Analytics, and Website Quality Optimize product titles, URLs, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text Identify duplicate, missing, or low-quality website content Monitor redirects, 404 errors, indexing problems, and broken links Review Google Search Console and Google Analytics reports Monitor website traffic, conversions, failed searches, and checkout behavior Test forms, email s, promotions, coupons, tax rules, and shipping rules Prepare weekly reports covering completed work, detected issues, website performance, and recommended improvements Required Experience At least two years of hands-on BigCommerce administration experience Experience with BigCommerce B2B Edition Experience building or maintaining B2B Company Account Hierarchies Strong understanding of company accounts, buyers, roles, permissions, price lists, quotes, and invoices Experience with product options, variants, categories, customer groups, and bulk imports Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills Ability to work with CSV product files and large technical catalogs Work
