Senior AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to work on the development of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions in a strategic project for the Telecom sector. The person will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with platform specialists, SRE, architecture, and data science experts to evolve AI solutions with a focus on performance, quality, observability, and user experience.
What You Will Do

Develop and evolve Artificial Intelligence agents for attendance in voice and chat channels, design and implement conversational flows using Large Language Models (LLMs), develop orchestrators and backend services in Python for integration with corporate platforms, and integrate AI solutions with legacy systems through APIs and integration protocols.

This role requires solid experience with development in Python, experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence and applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs), and knowledge of frameworks for LLM orchestration. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Prompt Engineering and conversational flow construction, as well as good communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements

- Solid experience with development in Python

- Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence and applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Knowledge of frameworks for LLM orchestration, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

- Experience with Prompt Engineering and conversational flow construction

- Experience in integrating applications using REST APIs and corporate services

- Knowledge of observability applied to AI solutions, using Langfuse or equivalent tools

- Good communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams
