After completing a one-month basic technical training program, you will receive on-the-job training (OJT) from experienced team members until you become familiar with the work. Once you are ready, you will perform routine maintenance according to established procedures, including periodic equipment inspections, parts cleaning, and replacement of consumable components. Most tasks are carried out as part of a team. No prior technical experience is required. Our comprehensive training program and support system allow you to develop the necessary skills with confidence. Since the job responsibilities remain relatively consistent, you can build your expertise steadily over time. As your skills improve, you will have opportunities to advance into positions such as Team Leader or Customer Engineer, where you will handle more advanced troubleshooting and technical support.
