About Us We run a content creation operation producing high-quality AI-generated video content for multiple creator brands. Our workflow is fully documented with detailed SOPs covering every step from viral video sourcing to final output delivery. We're looking for a specialist to join our team on a per-video basis. The Role You will source viral reference videos yourself using our viral searcher tool, select the ones that fit each creator's brand, and replicate them using Seedance 2.0/2.5 with our own AI-generated creator identities. This means finding a trending video, generating the required first-frame photos, and producing a final video where our creator replaces the original person — same motion, same energy, same timing, different identity. What You'll Do Use our viral searcher tool to find trending reference videos that match the assigned creator's brand Select the best-fit videos based on the creator's aesthetic, audience, and content style Generate a first-frame image that matches the opening scene of the reference video but with our creator's face and brand styling Use Seedance (motion mode) to produce the final video following our master prompt and SOP exactly Ensure face consistency throughout the entire video — no identity drift, no blending with the original person Deliver the final video file ready for publishing Flag any quality issues before delivery (face drift, motion mismatch, artifacts) Requirements Must have: Proven hands-on experience with Seedance 2.0 or 2.5 (motion mode, character identity, first frame input) Experience with AI image generation for consistent character identity (Flux, Seedream, Banana Pro, or similar) Understanding of how diffusion models handle identity references vs. motion references Ability to follow a detailed SOP precisely and consistently Strong attention to detail — especially facial consistency across frames Reliable internet connection and availability for ongoing work Strong plus: Experience with prompt engineering for video diffusion models Familiarity with face consistency techniques (multi-angle reference sets, identity locking) How It Works You receive a creator brand card + identity photo set You source viral reference videos using our tool and select the best fits for the brand You follow our SOP step by step (documented in detail — no guesswork) You generate the first-frame image and produce the video in Seedance You deliver the final output for QC review Payment is released per approved video Compensation Fixed price per video — rate discussed based on experience and test output quality Volume is consistent — multiple videos per week across several creator brands Long-term collaboration for the right person Example Content Style Review this folder to see the type of content our brands produce: ---------- This gives you a sense of the content style, quality bar, and brand aesthetics you'll be sourcing and replicating viral videos for.
