Position: Security Engineer (Coding Agent Experience)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex security engineering tasks .

- Review model-generated code and architectures for vulnerabilities and security risks.

- Identify bugs, edge cases, and security-related failure modes.

- Compare outputs from multiple frontier models to assess strengths and weaknesses.

- Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic security engineering scenarios .

- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 2+ years of professional security engineering experience.

- Experience with application security , cloud security , infrastructure security , or vulnerability management .

- Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI.

- Ability to identify flaws in model-generated code and architectures.

Preferred
- Experience securing production systems.

Compensation & Legal

- $400 per accepted task .

- Compensation is tied to accepted work.
