Some responsibilities are as follows: ・Controlled access to the facility by verifying visitors and preventing unauthorized entry. ・Conducted X-ray screening of baggage to detect prohibited and hazardous items. ・Performed regular security patrols and safety inspections throughout the facility. ・Inspected and verified vehicles entering and exiting the premises. After joining the company, training begins with the fundamentals, including proper security officer posture, patrol procedures, and other practical security techniques essential for on-site duties. Required Experience and Skills ・ Must be 18 or older (per Security Services Act) ・Ability to communicate in basic conversational English. Employment Type Full time Salary Hourly Wage: ¥1,400–¥1,750 *Transportation expenses paid separately Estimated Daily Earnings: ¥11,200–¥14,000 (Hourly wage: ¥1,400–¥1,750 × 8 working hours) Estimated Monthly Pay: ¥246,400–¥308,000 (Based on working 22 days per month) Working Hours * 2 days off per week, with 120 days off annually, allowing work-life balance * Flexible scheduling allows you to request days off, such as: * Weekends off to spend time with family * Weekdays off to avoid crowds * Feel free to discuss shift preferences Rotating shift schedule combining the following shifts: (1) 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM 10 working hours, 2-hour break (2) 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM 8 working hours, 1-hour break (3) 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM (next day) 8 working hours, 4-hour break including rest/sleep time (4) 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM (next day) 8 working hours, 2-hour break *Employees work on a rotating shift basis combining the above schedules. *A monthly variable working hours system applies.
