Job Description

SAP SupportManager Role with S/4HANA, WM, Logistics and Supply Chain Mgmt experience. Havingat least three full life cycle implementations and also support experience too.The candidate will lead the delivery team onboth small and large projects. The candidate will have the ability totroubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between businessrequirements and standard system functionality. Working for a Canadian Healthcare corporation so healthcare background is a plus. Some travel to Canada will be required.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

·Define and manage thedeliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget

·Be a “hands-on”Techno-functional on SAP applications. Proven ability to prepare / reviewproject deliverables (e.g., benefits realization strategy, to-be functionalrequirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML),business process design document, to-be functional design, baselineconfigurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, useracceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet projectobjectives.

·Experience in writingfunctional specification with expert level understanding of the SAP standardTables, BAPIs and Badi’s

·Good understanding andknowledge of the workflows
·Lead design workshops with theclient.

·Contribute to knowledge base ofthe SAP Practice

·Build and maintainrelationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network ofprofessional organizations or affiliations
Skills and Experience:

·8-10+ years of SAP hands-onexperience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP MM, SD, LE and WMmodules and/or SRM/Ariba

·At least 1 S/4HANA end to endimplementation experience and at least three E2E SAP ECC implementationexperience

·Leading expertise inPurchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management

·Hands-on experience aboutRelease Strategy for the procurement

·Expert knowledge on fullprocess around Consignment processing
·Experience with WM RF solution

·Functional expert for thewarehouse management processes around put away, picking, physical inventory andreplenishments

·Deep understanding of thematerial requirements planning and analyzing the results

·Expert for the inter and intraplant stock transfers with and without the outbound delivery processes

·Fully conversant with the materdata uploads and be able provide expertise on data load objects related to SCM
