Softengine Inc is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead successful implementations of SAP Business One and Acumatica solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. This roleis responsible formanaging the full project lifecycle including planning, scope, budget, timelines, resource coordination, client communication, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with ERP implementationexpertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across clients, consultants, developers, and leadership teams.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction while supporting long-term client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for SAP Business One and Acumatica clients

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables

- Facilitate projectkickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and PMO processes

- Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and issue resolution

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, data migration specialists, and client stakeholders

- Monitor project health, budget burn,utilization, and delivery risks

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client-facing project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle

- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders

- Translatebusiness requirements into actionable project plans and delivery milestones

- Proactively communicate project status, risks, escalations, and remediation plans

- Ensure a positive customer experience focused on adoption, time-to-value, and long-term success

Operational Excellence
- Drive consistency and quality across project documentation, status reporting, and implementation standards

- Maintainaccurateproject forecasting, financial tracking, and CRM/PSA updates

- Identifyopportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, templates, and customer onboarding experiences

- Support resource planning and future staffing forecasts across the Professional Services organization

- Participate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Risk & Escalation Management
- Identifydelivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies

- Escalate critical project concerns appropriately with recommended action plans

- Manage competing priorities whilemaintainingstrong customer satisfaction and delivery quality

- Ensure alignment between contracted scope, client expectations, and delivery execution

Qualifications
- 5+ years of ERP project management experience

- Experience managing SAP Business One, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP implementations

- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, business process mapping, integrations, and change management

- Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams

- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience using project management and PSA tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Sal
