Salesforce Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Architect Salesforce platform end-to-end solutions

- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions

- Evaluate Technology and capability requests

- Expert level of knowledge in multiple technologies or IT disciplines

- A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.

- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.

- Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.

- Architect and document design of Salesforce solutions.

- Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.

- Work with business and IT leaders to educate users on using Salesforce.com.

- Provide technical expertise with Salesforce.

- Provide industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions.

- Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.

Typical Education

Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent
Relevant Experience

- 10+ years related experience

- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via out-of-the-box product, technology and integration

- 5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com.

- Strong expertise inLightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.

- Success in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value

- Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements

- Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines

- Ability to maintain the integrity of the proposed architecture to assure professional quality and logical consistency in the face of political and business pressures

- Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen, prioritize and champion key initiatives
