Sales Representative

We're looking for a chat-based sales representative to manage customer conversations for our online platform. You'll be building rapport with customers and converting conversations into sales. What you'll do: Chat with customers, build genuine rapport, and convert conversations into sales Follow our sales framework and scripts (full training provided) Log your shifts and track performance via our internal system Attend a weekly team meeting (Monday) and a 1-on-1 check-in (Thursday) What we're looking for: Strong written English Fast typing speed and reliable internet connection Available for consistent daily shifts (4hrs/day minimum, flexible up to 8hrs during high-traffic periods) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick reply times Chat-based sales or customer service experience is a plus, not required — full training given Pay: $2/hour + 5% commission on sales you generate. Paid weekly/bi-weekly. Bonuses available for hitting sales targets.
