Overview

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Outreach Specialist to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and prospect outreach. This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking with decision-makers, building relationships, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients

- Introduce the company's services and generate interest

- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities

- Schedule discovery calls or appointments for the sales team

- Handle objections professionally and confidently

- Follow up with prospects through phone and email

- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

- Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment goals

- Pipedrive (or similar CRM)

- Email Platforms

- Phone Dialer / VOIP System

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in sales outreach, cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Professional and confident phone presence

- Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers

- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience using CRM software is preferred
